This is an 8" WASC cake with almond custard filling, and whipped cream frosting. Elmo is a Strawberry Marble cake made from the mini-bear pan with a waffle cone hat. The cupcake bottom was dipped in chocolate and the "confetti" is air-brushed fondant. The candle is chocolate and the flame is fondant.
