Well, I need lots of practice obviously but not too horrible for a first attept. It's a yellow cake w/ vanilla mousse filling, strawberry cream cheese icing. Can't wait to eat it. Any comments suggestions on getting better w/ scrolls is appreciated. Started w/ a parchment bag and moved to a pastry bag. Icing was a bit thick I think for the scroll work. thanks for looking.
