This is a cake I did this weekend for a monthly departmental birthday gathering at my SIL's company. I decided to do a Fall basket for the 9 October birthday babies. It is actually 2 12" cakes - the bottom cake is a red velvet and the top cake is a carrot; both are iced and filled with cream cheese icing. The barrel planks are chocolate fondant and the leaves are also fondant dusted in luster dust of gold, copper, tan and yellow.
