So this is for my hubby's birthday;-) He was born and raised in NYC and simply loves Juniors cheesecake!!! I thought that I would do a spin on the cake and make it look like the box, kinda like all the krispy Kreme cakes on here;-) It is a French vanilla cake with cheesecake mousse and strawberry preserves covered in buttercream icing.
