Thanks! It was fun to make! They're called Lacy Oatmeal Chocolate Sandwich Cookies. I got the recipe from the Food Network site...here's the link... (...) They're absolutely delicious, but be prepared for a time-consuming baking session if you make them! Well worth the effort though!!!
