This was designed for a friend who was having a baby shower and she knew she was expecting identical girl twins. She got the idea from http://cookiesncream.com/. I couldn't match the cookie cutters they used, so we found what we thought would be appropriate. She used the bouquet for table favors and the angel cookies for place cards. The cookies was Wiltons butter cookie recipe and they were outlined with full strength royal icing and filled with thinned royal icing.
