This is my first boob cake with torso. I made the boobs with the sports ball pan- they were lemon pound cake- and placed them on a chocolate 11x15 sheet cake that was carved to make it look like a skinny waste. Cake was not long enough to put a crotch area so I just made an indentation at the bottom to look like a belly button.
