Traditional :) on Cake Central

This is the first cake for a class I'm taking, and actually my first attempt at buttercream roses.

I never have trouble with dark colors regarding taste - I use the Wilton dyes... also for caketome - when the buttercream is thicker/stiffer (more confectioner's sugar) the roses are so much easier and then look neater - hope that helps :)
