Princess Castle Cake
I made this for a friends' daughter. I am soo mad at myself-I forgot to measure the dowel rods, and cut them before I got to the party, so the castle stuck out of the cake. Live and learn I guess-they still loved it.

Gorgeous cake!!! What did you make the castle out of?
The castle is made out of white chocolate, using the wilton enchanted castle pan. After it cooled, I used royal icing for the decorations. Thanks!
