I made this for fun... just wanted to see how it would look. My piping is a little shaky so that would have to look better next time, but the idea is right. blue fondant bottom with "clouds" as the border. White fondant top airbrushed to look rainbowed. I used the wilton color mist for that. the cake itself is rainbow too... white cake mix, divided into bowls and each is colored with food coloring. then just spoon different colors into the pans to have a splochy look...
