Mom's Gingerbread House

My Mom and I attended a gingerbread demo held by my instructor at our local library. I think she did very well, although it wasn't technically her first time making one. She made a gingerbread house many, many years ago that fell apart but was very tasty. ( Poor thing didn't know about RI and used BC instead!!) Please leave lots of comments and encourage her to take the plunge and enter this years GB competition :)
