Filled, stuck together and decorated with chocolate buttercream. Rails are butterscotch chocolate sitcks. Inscription scroll and name plate (on the back of the ship that you can't see!) are gumpaste painted with gold lustre dust and sprinkled with champagne disco glitter. Sails are black paper on chopsticks, gumpaste balls on top.
