This was a princess castle cake I made for my little cousins 1st Birthday! I know its big and she probably will not remember it, but she is my favorite baby and she deserved it!

that is one awesome cake! And never worry about making too much cake. If it's what you and the celebrant want, then it's fine! :) (Take a look at my wedding cake that only had to feed about 60! LOL) I'm right there with ya! This is GORGEOUS! Great job! :)
