I would be happy to share how these are done...very simple, really. I cut out the shape (most are about 3" tall) and I use a round 3" cookie for the base. They are assembled using melted CandyMelts for glue (hardens FAST!). anyone who wants the patterns can PM me. I don't have a scanner, but we can work out an arrangement where I can mail them to you, if you want.

The "middle", or "body" is a marshmallow coated in the cookie icing.
