Calla Lilly Wedding
all buttercream with gumpaste calla lillies and butterflies. cake from he**. wedding site was 1.5 hrs from home. by the time i got there the icing had gotten hot and fell off of two sides of bottom tier and two sides of middle tier. it had a raspberry filling! took 1hr 45 min to fix and set up. pulled out as first guest arrived. got to tweak bc recipe.
The cake looks good, don't beat yourself up over it! The flowers, butterflys and bow are wonderful!! And I love your stand, where did you get it??
just found out that the bride absolutely loved the cake. guess that is all that matters. the stand was actually a loaner from a friend but i do know that she got it for less than $50 from costco. think i need to go cake stand shopping! thanks
