I had extra cake from a tasting and wanted to try a new design. I took it to a family dinner and it was funny hearing all the questions of, "why is there a duck on the cake?" I wish I had more time to do some finishing details, but it was fun to make. Cakes are lemon poppy, chocolate with choc. mousse, carrot with bavarian cream, BC and Rhonda's fondant.
