This is my first cupcake cake. They are yellow cupcakes with chocolate filling. It is iced in buttercream with a FBCT (second try and the FBCT).

How did you get the white icing so smooth?
I used the Wilton icer tip, smoothed that with a knife and then used a Viva paper towel to take out any other imperfections
