I did a double sided castle for my niece and nephew's joint b-day party. I wanted then to each have their own cake, but my sister only wanted me to make one. And, of course, my niece wanted an orange castle with princesses! So, this is the orange castle and if you turn the cake around, it's a knight's castle.

First off you are very clever to work this dilemma. I love your composition. Your indication of bricks is wonerful and your ice cream cones are so fun. Now this is me and not you, but I have issues with plastic things on cakes. I think they may be better represented putting the pricesses on the cake board. Now for your little puffs, put a little powdered sugar on your finger and push those tips down after it crusts a bit. Orange castle, kids are precious!
