This was friends going to New York for the first time so we made them a New York themed party. I took a square cake and cut 2" cubes frosted them and then with textured mats on fondant covered each one. It took a long time. My intention was to display it where I could take a good picture for cc since this was going to be my first enterie, but I couldn't move the stand it was to heavy. The party was great. All the food, music, games and decorations were New York, New York. Everyone took a building home.
