I was just thinking of how tired I would be after making all those dots on the scrollwork. Then I read your description. That's impressive. BUT what more impressive is how PERFECT your squares are. I just made a square cake for tonight and I thought it looked good but my picture looks bad. How do you make yours soooo perfect?

thank you all! I am not kidding when I tell you my hands are very swollen this morning! LOL.... I made a paper template of the scroll work using the pin prick method and impressed it onto the sides of the cake and piped over that. To help get sharp corners i flash freeze my cakes for 8 minutes beofre I cover them in fondant. Thanks evryone!
