Horse Racing
I made my dad a horse racing cake for his 50th recently when practicing, he thought it resembled a donkey derby hahaha. (at least I can rely on my family to tell me the truth!) it is all fondant with the racing posts as sugar sticks/cigarettes

I think your horse is great, it's not unreasonably difficult so it's do-able and cute enough to be worth doing, if you don't mind I'll copy it.
