Here is my attempt at the Little Mermaid. I made this for a friend's daughter. She loves the Little Mermaid. Inspired by Debbie Brown's mermaid cake. The cake is iced with buttercream but all the characters and coral and such are fondant. The board is a foam board with the top covered in fondant and painted to look like water. The board had to be small so it would fit in there mini fridge so they could hide it. I still need practice on human faces but overall I was happy.
