Birthday cake for my lab mate. It was a yellow cake with lemon-lime curd buttercream filling and frosted with Italian Buttercream. The dots were made from MMF.
Thanks, SavannahJane! I used the Italian Meringue Buttercream and it smooths our really well. I also used a bench scraper to smooth the sides and an offset spatula for the top. HTH
