My attempt at trying to make a pumpkin cake for Thanksgiving. All covered in BC. I made the Pumpkin Cake I recipe from CC and filled with a pumpkin filling using whipped cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, powdered sugar and vanilla...it's really good not overly sweet.. Anyways, have more baking to do.
