This is my entry into the cake decorating competition at our local fall fair which just happens to be on Thanksgiving (Canadian that is). The theme was A Bridge from the Past to the Future. So this is my take on the theme. It's iced in the all shortening buttercream (no use in wasting the good stuff), the plague is all chocolate and the rest is all MMF (the bridges are cardboard covered in MMF). Thanks for looking.
