This was the cake I did this year for OSSAS. It was my second attempt to stringwork and thought I did a great job. I was very happy with the public reaction but was disappointed that I did not place. Maybe next year.

Beautifull cakes, but have to ask...did you cut these or do you have a pan this shape. And are they also cut at an angle...love the look, so elegant :P
I saw this cake at OSSAS - WOW WOW - I loved it. The string work and the roses were just goregeous. I really liked the non-traditional look - I thought very elegant.
