Awesome job - hope my transformer cake comes out as well. There are so many details - I'm a little scared!

Your icing is so smooth and you did a great job on that Transformer. I think the only change I'd have made was to write "Happy" across the top from right to left (like "birthday is written), but maybe that would have been a tight fit with the Transformer. Good job.

great job on the transformer, that must have taken a long time! I too would have chosen a different cake board cover, again a color to compliment the picture not clash with it. I probably sound like a broken record about this, but I am not a big fan of a star border, again that is just me

Great job on the transformer!! Now you got the bigger board but I think the paper clashed with the style of the cake. Your stars are well done and your icing is really smooth. I personally would have made the transformer bigger and wrote happy birthday on the board with fondant. I will PM ya a pix to show what I'm talking about.

ditto on the cake board, but I am really impressed with your ability to bring together the image with fondant like you did- I haven't seen that much and I like it

Critique group member: Very nice job! The transformer looks great, but would not have used that cake board and the star border is on the lack luster side.
