WOW, that is amazingly realistic!!! You said you used a ricer, with buttercream or fondant?? Also, how did you make your meatballs? Are they cakeballs?

You have done an outstanding job! How did you get the buttercream to look so much like real noodles. It almost looks as if you used fondant. Please pm me your secrets...I would love to do a cake like this for my dad. Gorgeous!!!

That is so fun! I am not familiar with the term WASC, can you tell me what that is? Also how did you get the butter cream to look like that?

Thank you, I used a potato ricer for the noodles, WASC (while almond sourcream cake recipe is on this board) I have the instructions I can try and e-mail them to you.
