Chocolate Box Cake
I made this cake for a customers 50th birthday. She asked for a rectangle chocolate buttercake with a plaque. I decided to make it look like a chocolate box and piped chocolate ganache to look likes chocolates. When i deliverd it the husband ripped the top off and smooshed it so he could fit it in his fridge.....i had a we cry on the way home! Just glad i took a picture first!

Why would someone order a cake - and a truly beautiful one, at that! - and then proceed to ruin it so it can go in the fridge? If it looked all smooshed, how can he give it to her if it's ruined??? 8O
