Dark Chocolate Ganache Holiday/anniversary Cake
This 12,10 & 8" dark chocolate ganache covered cake was chocolate with raspberry filling and vanilla bean with bavarian cream filling with gum paste flowers,holly leaves,letters and pearls painted with luster dust. This was for a corporate holiday/anniversary party for about 75 people.
