3 tiers of pound cake topped with 7 lbs of strawberry then topped with A LOT of cream cheese frosting. The bride to be wanted a strawberry shortcake type cake but doesn't like sponge cake, so we went a little heavier. I used mint leaves with the strawberries. Delish.
