This is the best deer cake that I have seen, can't let my 16 y/o see this or he'll have me making it. I looks very realistic.

The head is made from 3 layers, 8"x 16" cakes and carved like a tear drop. The eye sockets were carved out and then I iced the entire cake with bc and used a cake comb for the hair. I airbrushed and highlighted. Then added ball shaped, hand painted eyes and a black fondant pupil with a small white dot. Eye outline and lashes-black bc. add a mouth and black fondant nose. Antlers are heavy guage wires covered in fondant, textured, dusted w/cocoa. Inserted into an upside down column and separator plate.
