Excellent job! This is a fun cake to make. I'd love to try it again now that I have a clay extruder!! When I made it I rolled out all the yarn by hand! How did you do yours? I love the mat, that's a great idea! :D
What a cute take on this cake! I also did one and rolled each piece by hand! (UGG!) But, I too now have a clay extruder. (wish I had it a year ago) I would love to know how you made the espresso cream filling. All of your cakes sound delicious!!! ;-D
