Bad Weather/storm-Watcher Cake
This was for a man who's apparently really into bad weather! I found the cartoon guy online, I cut him out and traced the outline onto the cake - filled in details by hand. Thanks to all the CC members who replied to my post asking for suggestions on what to do with this cake!!
