Unicorn Cake

Oh! I love the rainbow and clouds...the unicorn is pretty cool, too!

this cake is great! going into the favs..I love the detail of the unicorn..was it difficult?

The unicorn took about an hour or so. I made my own white modeling chocolate and then tinted it pink. I had to put it back in the fridge a few times because it started to melt, but it sticks to itself so much better than fondant. I used a potato ricer for the hair. That worked great!!
