Made this over the weekend for a 40th Anniversary. The bottom layer is 2 layer torted to make 4 layers with chocolate BC filling. The top layer is 2 layer again filled with chocolate BC. This was the first time making fondant roses and drape. Second time trying a fondant bow. Pearls are not edible. The family loved it and I have gotten 2 more orders out of this cake.

Forgot to add that I used pearl luster dust on the bow and roses

Something else I thought of that I forgot to mention, this is iced in BC not fondant, I like to look of it mixed
