I made it out of pretzel sticks and fondant. I cut out a long rectangular strip of green fondant. I made incisions with scissors. I then rolled out the fondant around the pretzel stick tightly. I then propped it inside a cup until it dried. This was the quickest way because I had to do many cupcakes.
