My customer asked her Grandson what his ultimate Bday cake would be and he said something with chocolate cream cheese cake and cheesecake combined. So thats what he got for his 17th Birthday! The bottom layer is a 12 inch round Dark Chocolate cake torted and frosted with Chocolate Cream cheese frosting. The top tier is a classic New York style cheesecake! I decorated it with ribbon embellishment and Wiltons candy melts as well as Star Dec-Ons! I really like doing something original like this...so fun! TFL
