Guitar Cake
This cake is choc cake, raspberry filling and ganache, covered in vanilla and choc fondant. the 'handle' (fret? LOL) is cardboard wrapped with fondant. it is held up by a square of cardboard wrapped in the same foil as the board. the strings are nylon (next time i'll use something better for the strings, they wouldnt stay straight!)
