Our youngest daughters 2nd birthday cake. Blue was a bit rich but made a good effect with the yellow. Poor photo due to lack of digital camera at time.
this cake was made 5 years ago and at that time I use a template to cut it that I found in a magazine, now whenever I do number cakes I simply hire the "number" pan appropriate for what I need to make, that way there is no cutting and its perfect everytime
