Lolly pop cake taken before we had any experience or should I say practice and before digital camera, hence the poor quality shot. Buttercream frosting and fondant twirls on top.

Very cute! How did you twist the fondant?
Just made 3 long thin sausages each in a different colour, pinched them at one end and then twist all 3 at the same time. An alternative would be to plait it.

No problems.... my only suggestion would be to use a thicker stick so it does not look so out of proportion
