Topsy-Turvy
This was my first attempt at a topsy turvy. I was happy with it, but didn't think that the angles looked as dramatic as some that I have seen. The cake was four different flavors, covered with fondant and fondant and gum paste accents.
Topsy turvy cakes can be tricky. This is a great first attempt and I love the colors!
