This is my first attempt with fondant in about 5 years. (My last experiance was in a wilton class!) I also attempted the "Mad Hatter" look for the first time. I made it for a friends birthday who loved orange and green. I used gel in the martini glass. Pans are 6'' and 8''. Orange slice is made by foam core, and sanding sugar.
