It Tastes Better Than It Looks
This cake had the middle hollowed out and strawberry whipped cream and thin sliced strawberrys put in the middle. Frosted with a really light silky frosting that I found in a book somewhere. It is really good.

Don't be hard on yourself - I think it looks pretty good - and very tasty!
