Rachie's Red Rose Cake

This was actually a birthday cake, but it looks like a wedding cake. That's what she wanted... This was my very first cake ever! My first to be torted, filled, frosted, covered in fondant, stacked, and decorated. I literally stayed up all night the day before it was due. Since it was my first, I had no idea of what time line I should be using. But it was worth it, and after that sleepless night, equally sleepless day and up again the next night for the party, I was completely hooked on making cakes
