I made this cake for my mum's 65th birthday. You can't tell from the photo, but the C logo has edible black glitter that really makes it 'pop'! I have to admit that my mum isn't *particularly* into handbags, but I needed a cake that wouldn't take too long to do, because of other cake commitments this week. But I think she'll love it! It's a rich fruit cake (mum's favourite) covered with marzipan and then sugarpaste (fondant).
