i LOVE UR CAKE, DID U DO THE ROSES, HOW ? AND HOW DID U GET THEM THAT COLOR. I MAKING MY FIRST WEDDING CAKE SATURDAY THE 29TH AND ITS GOLD AND IVORY BUT I DON'T KNOW IF i SHOULD DO FONDANT OR BUTTERCREME.IT WAS KINDA HARD FOR ME TO GET THE FONDANT SMOOTH.

Use luster dust on your roses...it comes in gold as well. Fondant is a cleaner look than buttercream. If you're adding the roses, you can put them in places which cover-up any imperfections.
