This is a buttercream iced 14" & 9" Diam cake. The bears were piped using tips 5 (body), and 3 (the rest). For the topper, I used cotton candy. I placed the cotton candy on the cake RIGHT before I placed it on display. The air will disintegrate the candy if it sits to long. It was a little risky, but the outcome is beautiful. I keep an extra bag of cotton candy on hand in case it requires replacing.
