Helmet Cake
This was my first helmet cake. it was for a wedding grooms cake this past weekend. I used the sports ball pan on top of a 6" x 2" round cake. All covered in fondant and painted Nu silver for the metallic sheen. The face gear is fondant and wire!
This is very cool! My nephew is a huge Raiders fan and would love this cake. Might have to try it. How did you do the Raider shield? Thanks for sharing!
It is just an image i printed off the internet on regular paper and used press n seal and cut into the same shape as the image to protect the cake from the paper. One day I will break down and buy an edible image printer setup!
