My mom-in-law asked me to make this for a friend, kind of an inside joke about the hot dogs. Chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream, vanilla buttercream dogs, the empty space is for a topper of an angel holding a hot dog :D

Adorable!!!! They dogs are cute, but the little condiments are even CUTER! Super smooth and great scroll work too! I would love your icing recipe, it looks yummy!
